very precisely translated into English by

J.Adil

Rose! Dream! Cure! Toxin! Goblet! All are there

I have come in, tell! What the provisions are!

Miserable! King! Divine! Priest and much more

You don't realize what more your slave can

Some of the rich city's dealings recalled

I was thinking by night what the regulations are!

Conclusion The poetry of Rahat Indori, one of the great poets of India, has been translated into the English language. Besides that keeping in mind the sensitivity of the Urdu language, the rhythm of the prose and carefully selecting beautiful English words.

It's a privilege for me to do so.

Ideas appear and VANISH

💡  IDEAS APPEAR

  AND VANISH

                                                                                                                                        By J.Adil

IDEAS NEVER DIE       IDEAS ARE                                                 FOREVER

     Ideas are like chips

We are prisoners of ideas. Ralf Waldo Emerson

What are your ideas? They are extremely precious thoughts, carefully selected to make you smile even if you don’t feel like it.

The poetic ideas, the feel-good ideas, the worst ideas, and the soul-narrowing ideas are some examples.

Sometimes, the most challenging part of it is that they encircle you disgracefully, even if you run away from them.

Birds fly with great striking Ideas!

GREAT MINDS DISCUSS IDEAS;                             No matter what people tell you,

AVERAGE MINDS DISCUSS EVENTS;                    words and ideas can change the world.

SMALL MINDS DISCUSS PEOPLE.  Eleanor Roosevelt                                                  Robin Williams

Pure mathematics is, in its way, the poetry of logical ideas.
                                                                                                            Albert Einstein

Creativity comes from a conflict of ideas.

                                                             Donatella Versace

Why ideas are not constant? Why they vanish in no time, bevor you make use of them.

Sometimes you get them back but most of them are like waves, whose froth remains and they vanish, disappear.

I tried a lot to get hold of them but in vain. I wanted to get them all. They ditched me. I got only a few of them.

Who is the one, who has them whole.

Nobody gathers them all, except the one. The power of creation. The destiny definer. The existence maker.

It's clear enough for you to understand my explanation.

What about thoughts? Actually, the ideas are the outcome of thoughts depending upon your moods, your way of thinking and importantly the influential pressures under which your ideas build and collapse.

The beautiful part of it is that the moment you get them, you find yourself at the top, although not conquering them all at once is another topic.

The bottom line is that the thoughts related to Ideas are short existing memories that cannot be on hold for too long.

I think too long is a bit exaggerating instead I would say too quick.

The best way to grab them is to note them down right away or to unfold them at the spur of the moment!

What do you think?

Please write in my comment box. Thanks.

Hair - the natural way

     HAIR - THE NATURAL WAY

                                                                                                                              By J. Adil

 LOVE YOUR HAIR- CARE MORE

Wash your hair at least once in a weak.

A healthy diet is necessary for hair care.

Avoid dandruff and itchy scalps.Your hair needs more care!

Use aloe vera for your hair and skin!

Don't let your hair grow thin and dry!

My hair follicles are friendly, so my hair obeys me!Save your hair from dirt pollution and sun.

We love you with your hair.

HAIR CARE IN THE BEST WAY!

DO NOT SLEEP WITH WET HAIR.

Avoid wet hair brushing!  Don't wash your hair in the night!

Use natural products FOR WASHING YOUR HAIR!

This article about hair care is on the bits of advice from my grandmother and my research throughout the experts of haircare in different ways.

If you want to keep your hair healthy, don't use any chemicals but treat them naturally for instance; Wash your hair with natural herbs like Reetha powder (indian soapberry or washnut), amla (indian gooseberry) or with baby shampoo. It will protect them from becoming grey and preserve the natural shine. Natural products like reetha and others have foaming agents (saponins). It also has an insecticidal property which helps in controlling dandruff and keeping the hair shiny.
It will help the scalp not to get dry and itchy.

Indian gooseberry (amla) helps in cell reconstruction of hair and consists of vitamin C, protein and also acts as an antioxidant agent.

Wash your hair not more than twice a week and only with warm water because it will protect

your scalp getting dry and falling of hair. You can use almond or coconut oil but warm it a little before using, it will keep your hair secure.

One of the best natural product for hair and skin is aloe vera plant. It has a moisturizing effect and vitamins that will help dry hair and skin and also helps protects the hair follicle of becoming thinner and helps in strengthening hair growth.

Cut a piece of leaf 10 to 15 cm from aloe vera plant cutting the parallel thorny ends from both sides and apply directly on your hair rubbing smoothly and gently.

The second alternative is;
Squeeze the gel from aloe vera leaf and apply directly to your face and your hair rubbing smoothly and gently.

After applying aloe vera, you can keep it for an hour and wipe it with warm water. You can even keep it overnight then clean it in the morning with warm water.

You can even go outside after applying aloe vera on your face and hair because it will protect you from pollution and dirt, layering your face like a mask and your hair like a gel.

Swimming pool water is risky for your hair

 because

it contains chemicals like chlorine which damages the hair and makes them dry by absorbing the natural oils from your hair and skin.

It makes the hair follicle weak, hair thinner with split ends.

No problem for HAIRLOSS

Indeed Hair Style reflects the identity but it's not everything, many successful people lost their hairs.

What if hair loss is a heredity problem. Even after utmost care, people start losing hair.

To have self-confidence is a great thing. Famous people like Agasi, Stive Job, Anil Ambani etc. for these youngsters who lost their hairs, it doesn't matter because they don't care for the hair. For them success is important.

People can wear wigs or go for hair transplantation if they like but the natural look is far better than the artificial one.

One should avoid self depression and gain confidence and always look forward to life.

You should not have *EGO problems* by not having hairs.

On the contrary bald head looks better than the hairry one.

 LOOKING SUPER

Protect your hair and skin from direct sunlight

Sunlight for your body is good because of vitamin D, but direct and excessive exposure to sunlight for a long time under UVA and UVB rays will damage the skin and cells and outside covering of the hair called the cuticle.

The direct sun rays could lead to thinning of hair and also change of colour in the hair.

Avoid wet hair brushing because the hair is weak and delicate and can break when it is wet. So let it dry completely and use a wide-tooth comb.

Keeping your hair short will help you keep the hair follicle secure and prevent thinning and breaking of hair.

Use the hairdryer only with the lowest warm setting to dry your hair every time after a bath.

Best food for your hair (and eyes) are;

  Fish,

walnut, berries, avocado, sweet potatoes, nuts, flaxseeds, olive oil, which are rich in omega3 fatty acids.

Zinc is essential for your eyes and your hair thickness and texture, it is abundant in beef meat.

Protein and biotin in eggs help in hair growth because hair follicle are made up of protein.

Spinach and green vegetables which have iron, vitamin A and C protects hair follicle and maintains hair quality.

Exercise of sweating is good for the hair follicle and blood circulation of the body but wash or clean the sweat from your hair with a soft wet towel because the salt in the sweat damages the hair.

And your god is but one God. There is no deity (worthy of worship) except him, the most loving & caring, the most merciful. (QURAN 2:163)

Live in harmony with one another. Do not be proud, but be willing to associate with people of low position. Do not be conceited. (BIBLE Romans 12:16)

Be away from pollution and dirt because it makes your hair weak, thin and dry.

Washing your hair;

Always use warm water to wash your hair while it opens up the pores of the upper layer of skin called the epidermis.

Don't use hot water to wash your hair because it damages your hair.

You can also wash your hair with lemon juice mixed with warm water to clean out your scalp and hair.

Invest in your hair in a natural way it is the crown of your beauty.

CONCLUSION

Take all the necessary precautions for your hair mentioned in this article to get the best results naturally. In this way, you can care better for your skin and your hair.

I say: the diet, protection and precaution are vital for skin and hair both in a natural way.

Do you agree?

hearing your sence of balance

             👲HEARING  your sense of BALANCE

                                                                                 by J. Adil
Do you know how important your ears are-

Hearing loss is a huge loss, protect your ears!

Do not clean out your ears with cotton swabs!

The inside of your ear doesn't need to be cleaned because earwax (cerumen) is the cleaner.

Hearing protection is easy, Hearing is priceles!                              (Sloganshub.com)

Warning! Risk of high noise levels, hearing protection must be worn

Our ears play a crucial role in how we communicate with those around us. They are responsible for hearing and our sense of balance.

When your ears aren't functioning properly, you can experience an array of symptoms, including hearing loss, cognitive decline, balance issues and delayed speech. (earq.com)

WENT IN AT THE ONE EAR AND OUT AT THE OTHER.     (John Heywood)

Be a good listner. Your ears will never get you in trouble.    (Frank Tyger)

Why you shouldn't use cotton swabs to clean your ears:

According to experts earwax (cerumen) is supposed to be in your ears. It has a mission: to keep your ears healthy by trapping dust and durt so that they don't travel deeper into your ear.

Having a waxy coating on your delicate ear canal skin also helps to protect it. The inside of your ear doesn't need to be cleaned because earwax is the cleaner. Your body already has a way to deal with earwax it no longer needs. Chewing, other jaw movements, and skin growing inside your ear will push old earwax out naturally. Using cotton swabs, however, can push the wax deeper into your ear canal. You might seriously damage sensitive ear canal skin or your eardrum.

Signs of too much earwax that is stuck and blocking the ear canal include:

1) Pain or itching

  2) Afeeling that your ear is full

 3) Ringing in the ear (tinnitus)

 4) Hearing loss (or a change in how well hearing aid works, for those who use them)

 5) Oder or discharge

If you have any of these symptoms, see a doctor or other health care provider.
(noisyplanet.nidcd.nih.gov)

How can you stop damaging your ears:

There are some simple things you can do to help stop loud noises from permanently damaging your your hearing, no matter how old you are.

1) Use earplugs around loud noises.

2) Turn the volume down.
Protect your hearing during loud events and activities.

3) Give your ears time to recover.

4) Take precautions at work. Take medication as directed and keep your ears dry.

5) Stop using cotton swabs in your ears.

6) Get up and move.

7) Manage stress levels.

8) Get your hearing tested.

The ear is an advanced and very sensitive organ of the human body. The ear's function is to transmit and transduce sound to the brain through the parts of the ear: The outer ear, the middle ear and the inner ear. The major task of the ear is to detect, transmit and transduce sound.

The ear is the organ responsible for hearing and balance. Thanks to its unique mechanisms, it receives sound waves and transforms them into proper sounds, making sense to us. Your ears never stop working. Even when you are asleep, you are still hearing all of the sounds around you. Human ear can hear sounds from 50Hz up to 20KHz  (www.hear-it.org)

And who is more unjust than one who is reminded of the verses of his lord but turns away from them and forgets what his hands have put forth? Indeed, We have placed over their hearts coverings, lest they understand it, and in their ears deafness. And if you invite them to guidance - they will never be guided, then - ever. (QURAN 22:46)

And when our verses are recited to him, he turns away arrogantly as if he had not heard them, as if there was in his ears deafness. So give him tidings of a painful punishment. (QURAN 41:5)

For the eyes of the Lord are on the righteous, and his ears are open to their prayer. But the face of the lord is against those who do evil. (BIBLE Hebrews 4:12)

I can do nothing on my own. As I hear, I judge, and my judgement is just, because I seek not my own will but the will of my Lord who sent me. (BIBLE John 5:25)

Symptoms of outer ear, middle ear and inner ear infections; According to (healthline.com) are; 1)swelling

 2) redness heat pain or discomfort in the ear

3)discharge of pus

 4)itching

5)excessive fluid

6) drainagemuffled or diminished hearing

Severe pain in the face, head, or neck can signify that the infection has advanced considerably. Symptoms accompanied by a fever or swollen lymph nodes may also indicate advancing infection. If you have ear pain with any of these symptoms, see your doctor right away.

What causes an outer ear infection?

Swimming (or possibly even bathing or showering too frequently) can lead to an outer ear infection. The water left inside the ear canal can become a breeding ground for bacteria.

An infection can also occur if the thin layer of skin that lines the ear canal is injured. Intense scratching, using headphones, or placing cotton swabs in your ear can damage this delicate skin.

When this layer of skin becomes damaged and inflamed, it can provide a foothold for bacteria. Cerumen (earwax) is the ear’s natural defense against infection, but constant exposure to moisture and scratching can deplete the ear of cerumen, making infections more likely.

What causes a middle ear infection?

A middle ear infection often originates from a cold or other respiratory problem. The infection moves to one or both ears through the eustachian tubes. These tubes regulate air pressure inside your ear. They connect to the back of your nose and throat.

An infection can irritate the eustachian tubes and cause them to swell. Swelling can prevent them from draining properly. When fluid inside these tubes can’t drain, it builds up against your eardrum.

There are a variety of symptoms associated with middle ear infections. Some of the most common are:

Inner ear infection

A condition diagnosed as an inner ear infection may actually be a case of inflammation, and not an actual infection. In addition to ear pain, symptoms include:

  • dizziness
  • nausea
  • vomiting

Inner ear trouble may be a sign of a more serious condition, such as meningitis.

CONCLUSION

Proper treatment for your ear infection should eliminate any complications. If you let an ear infection go too long without treatment, you risk permanent hearing loss and possibly having the infection spread to other parts of your head. If you suspect that you may have an ear infection, have it checked out by your doctor. (healthline.com)

  • Keep your ears clean by washing them and using a cotton swab carefully. Make sure you dry your ears completely after swimming or taking a shower.
  • Don’t smoke, and avoid secondhand smoke as much as you can.
  • Manage your allergies by avoiding triggers and keeping up with allergy medications.
  • Wash your hands thoroughly, and try to avoid people who have colds or other upper respiratory problems.
  • Make sure your vaccines are up to date.

In my opinion, ear hygiene is necessary. Avoiding loud noise and having regular check-ups are precautions. Follow the causes, symptoms and treatments of ear infections from (healthline.com). Besides, that keep your ears dry, manage stress levels and get moving and stay healthy.

VISION TO SIGHT

😶VISION AND  SIGHT                                                                                                                                                                                                           by J. Adil

Do you know how important your eyes are?

Love your eyes, care your eyes. Protect your eyes because they are precious.     (thebrandboy.com)

Imagine your existence without eyes. Eye safety first, not the job

Rest your eyes and get enough sleep!

Avoid smoking : Smoking can contribute to blindness!

 Create eye-friendly surroundings

Eyes are most important thing in your body- protect them!

No adjective can define your eyes

EYES ARE PRICELESS, EYE PROTECTION IS CHEAP                                                         (healthslogans.com)

AVOID RUBBING YOUR EYES BECAUSE YOU CAN DAMAGE THEM IF YOU RUB TOO HARD OR TOO OFTEN!

                         (healthline.com)

There are several different health conditions that can cause you to rub your eyes. These include:

Conjunctivitis or pink eye is a common infection that makes your eye itch. You usually get it from bacteria or a virus on your fingers that is transmitted when you touch your eye. The infection often causes your eye to turn pink or red.

Another common symtom is yellow or clear liquid on your lashes or in the corners of your eyes. This infection doesn't usually cause pain, but you may have an itching feeling that causes you to rub your eyes.Conjunctivitis is highly contagious and it's spread easily by coming into contact with someone who is infected.

Allergies; Some people who have allergies experience itchy eyes, causing them to rub their eyes. One study found that rubbing your eyes when exposed to an allergen causes you to feel the need to rub them more.

Other symtoms that go along with allergies are sneezing, watery eyes and a stuffy nose. Some people have seasonal allergies due to what is growing outside. Others can be allergic to food, insect sting or medications.

Some additional causes include:

1. Blepharitis is caused when the eyelids are inflamed because oil glands are clogged. Some of the symtoms might include itchy or swollen eyes and crusted eyelashes.

2. Eyestrain is caused when your eyes are tired after looking really hard at something. This can cause burning or itching.

3. Dry eyes are caused when your eyes aren't producing enough  tears. This can cause your eye to feel itchy.

The common cold and sinusitis can also make your eyes itch, as can wearing contact lenses or having a foreign object in your eyes.

You do cause injury by rubbing your eyes; Rubbing frequently might damage the lens of your eye or the cornea. This could result in vision impairment or an infection that needs medical attention. You should call your doctor right away if you experience:

: eye pain

: light sensitivity

: reduced vision

: blurry vision

: redness or inflammation

: headache

: nausea

: fatigue

These could be symtoms of eye damage and should be evaluated right away!

Tips to stop rubbing your eyes:

The best way to stop rubbing your eyes is to treat the underlying cause that is making them itch. Teatment can include:

a) Over the-counter medication; Saline or eye drops can cleanse your eyes and flush out any dirt that might be causing irritation.

b) Prescription medication; A doctor will have to prescribe medicine to treat conjunctivitis. You might also need medication or shots if you have allergies.

You can also apply a warm compress to your eyes to relieve irritation.

Try these tips if you're rubbing your eyes as a habit, instead of as a reaction to a symtom:

 1) Become aware of what you are doing with your hands. Resist the urge to rub your eyes.

2) Wear gloves or mittens when you are finding it hard to keep your fingers from your face. Having something covering your fingers will make the rubbing difficult.

3) Find something else to do with your hands. You could aqueeze a stressball or rub a smooth rock.

See your doctor if you're had prolonged symtoms of dry eyes, including red, irritated, tired or painful eyes. Your doctor can take steps to determine what's bothering your eyes or refer you to a specialist.

Be sure to keep your hands clean. This will help keep germs from spreading to your face and your eyes.

  Rest for your eyes:

Closing your eyes for just a few minutes is helpful. You can do this once an hour or many times when you're hard at work.

And if your job involves sitting in front of a computer or reading, closing your eyes can be refreshing. As simple as it sounds, this exercise can protect your eyes from over exertion or fatigue.

 Full body exercise for vision:

Exercising for atleast 20 minutes a day is healthy for your entire body, including your eyes. Improved blood circulation is beneficial to the small blood vessels in the eyes as it removes harmful substances that may have been deposited. Exercise doesn't have to be intense. In fact, a brisk walk is enough. (VersantHealth.com)

 Eyes only- Vision to Sight

Your eyesight is one of your most important senses: 80% of what we perceive comes through our sense of sight.

By protecting your eyes, you will reduce the odds of blindness and vision loss while also staying on top of any developing eye diseases such as cateracts and glaucoma.

(medicaleyecenter.com)

The parts of the brain and the eye together allow you to see and completes your vision. For instance, the lens, retina and optic nerve and other parts of your eyes make you change light and electrical signals into images.

According to (heartland-eye); Eyesight is something that takes place in the eye. People wear glases or contact lenses in order to improve eyesight or clarity of what they see. ... In contrast to eyesight, vision takes place in the brain. The brain receives the clear image and then vision is the process of understanding and analyzing the image.

Ten best foods for eye health  (According to American Optometric Association) ;

1.) Fish;  Many fish are rich sources of omega-3 fatty acids for example tuna, salmon, trout, mackerel, sardines, anchovies and herring.

Some studies have found that fish oil can reverse dry eye caused by spending too much time on a computer.

2.) Nuts and legumes; Nuts are also rich in omega-3 fatty acids and contains a high level of vitamin E, which can protect the eye from age-related damage.

Nuts and legumes that are good for eye health include: walnuts, Brazil nuts, cashews, peanuts and lentils.

3.) Seeds; Seeds are high in omega-3s and are rich source of vitamin E.

Seeds high in omega 3 include:chia seeds, flax seeds and hemp seeds.

Other important vitamins for good eyesight and vision are for instance vitamin C and vitamin E because they are antioxidant agents against cataracts and macular degeneration! They are extremely important for health reasons.

10 ways to improve your eyesight (healthline.com)

Getting regular eye check-ups and preventing injuries or illnesses that could harm your vision is one of many ways you can improve your eyesight.

 1.)  Get enough key vitamins and minerals;

Vitamins A, C, and E, as well as the mineral zinc, contains antioxidants that can help prevent macular degeneration. It's a condition in which the macula - the part of the eye that controls central vision - deteriorates.

Food sources for these important nutrients include a variety of colourful vegetables and fruits, such as: Carrots, red peppers, broccoli, spinach, strawberries, sweet potato and citrus. Foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, such as salmon and flaxseed, are also recommended for better eye health.

2.) Don't forget the carotenoids;

A few nutrients are also keys to improving eyesight. Among them are lutein and zeaxanthin, which are carotenoids found in the retina. You can also find them in leafy green vegetables, broccoli, zucchini and eggs. Lutein and zeaxanthin can also be taken in supplement form.

These carotenoids help protect the macula by improving pigment density in that part of the eye, and absorbing ultraviolet and blue light.

3.) Stay fit;

Yes, exercise and maintaining a healthy weight can help your eyes, not just your waistline. Type 2 diabetes, which is more common in people who are overweight or obese, can cause damage to the tiny blood vessels in the eyes.

This condition is called diabetic retinopathy. Too much sugar circulating in your bloodstream injures the delicate walls of your arteries. Diabetic retinopathy causes the very small arteries in your retina - the light - sensitive back part of the eye - to leak blood and fluid into the eye, harming your vision.

Getting your blood sugar levels checked regularly and staying fit and trim can lower your odds of developing type 2 diabetes and its many complications.

4.) Manage chronic conditions:

Diabetes is't the only disease that can affect your vision. Other conditions, such as high blood pressure and multiple sclerosis, can affect your eyesight. These conditions are linked to chronic inflammation, which can harm your health from head to toe.

Inflammation of the optic nerve, for example can cause pain and even complete vision loss. While a disease such as multiple sclerosis can't be prevented, you can try to manage it with healthy habits and medications. High blood pressure can be effectively treated with a heart - healthy diet, exercise and antihypertensive medications.

5.) Wear protective eyewear;

Whether you're playing racquetball, working in your garage, or doing a science experiment in school, it's vital that you protect your eyes with appropriate eyewear.

Tough, protective eyewear is essential if there is a risk of chemicals, sharp objects, or materials such as wood shaving, metal shards, or even a stray elbow during a basketball game, entering your eye.

Many protective goggles are made with a type of polycarbonate, which is about 10 times tougher than other forms of plastic.

6.) That includes sunglasses; Sunglasses aren't just for looking cool. Wearing shades is one of the most important steps you can take when it comes to improving your eyesight. You want sunglasses that block out 99 to 100 percent of UVA and UVB radiation from sunlight.

Sunglasses help protect your eyes from conditions that stem from eye damage. These include cataracts, macular degeneration, and pterygium - a growth of tissue over the white part of the eye. Pterygiums can lead to astigmatism, which can cause blurred vision. Wearing a wide-brimmed hat can also help protect your eyes from sun damage.

7.) Follow the 20-20-20 rule;

Your eyes work hard during the day and need a break now and then. The strain can be especially intense if you work at a computer for long stretches at a time. To ease the strain follow the 20-20-20 rule.

That means every 20 minutes, you should stop staring at your computer and look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.

8.) Quit smoking; You know smoking is bad for your lungs and your heart, not to mention your hair, skin, teeth, and just about every other body part. That includes your eyes, too. Smoking dramatically raises your risk of developing cataracts and age-related macular degeneration.

Fortunately, your eyes, lungs, heart, and other body parts can start to recover from years of tobacco-induced harm within the first hours of quitting. And the longer you can avoid cigarettes, the more your blood vessels will benefit and inflammation will ease off throughout your eyes and the rest of you.

9.) Learn your family's eye health history;

Some eye conditions are hereditary, so being aware of eye conditions that your parents or grandparents had can help you take precautions.

Hereditary conditions include: Glaucoma, retinal degeneration, age-related macular degeneration and optic atrophy.Understanding your family history can help you take early precautions.

 10.) Keep your hands and lenses clean;

Your eyes are especially vulnerable to germs and infections. Even things that just irritate your eyes can affect your vision. For those reasons, you should always wash your hands before touching your eyes or handling your contact lenses.

It's also important to wash your hands and disinfect your contact lenses as instructed. You should also replace your contact lenses as advised by the manufacturer or your doctor. Germs in your contact lenses can lead to bacterial infections of the eye.

The bottom line is living a healthier lifestyle and protecting your eyes from the sun and foreign objects can't protect against every eye condition. But they can all lower your odds of developing a problem that could hurt your vision.

 PROTAN COLOR BLINDNESS:

Protan color blindness is a type of color vision deficiency that occurs when the red-sensing pigments of the eyes are either missing or dysfunctional. There are two types of protan color blindness; Protanomaly and protanopia.

Protanomaly is the mild form of red-green color blindness, while protanopia is the more severe form. Even if you have been diagnosed with protan color blindness, small changes to your daily routine can help you live a normal life.

When it lighted all around them, Allah took away their light and left them in utter darkness, so they could not see. Deaf, dumb and blind - so they will not return( to the right path). (Quran; Surah Baqra Verse 17, 18)

Therefore speak I to them in parables; because seeing, they see not, and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand. (BIBLE Matthew 13:13)

THE WORST FOOD FOR YOUR EYES

What not to eat for good eyesight (webeyecare.com)

It's essential to know what foods to avoid if you want to keep your eyesight as sharp as possible.

SUGAR; Sugar is probably the worst food for eyesight. It's not an exaggeration to say that the more sugar you consume, the worst your eyesight will become over time.

MARGARINE AND VEGETABLE OILS; The chemicals in these man-made products can lead to narrowing of blood vessels, a natural enemy of good eyesight.

 Conclusion

Eyes are the light of your body so take special care. Eat the food which is good for the eyes and avoid fatty, sugary and processed food. Avoid rubbing your eyes too hard or too often.

Take regular breaks by computer works and other tasks that mostly involve your eyes. Follow the 20-20-20 rule. Close your eyes for a few seconds from time to time and look away for a while.

Wear your glasses and sunglasses for outdoors to protect your eyes. Get regular eye check-up at least once in a year and drink enough water.
